Job Description

Job Summary: As a barista, you will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional coffee and beverage service. Your primary duties will include taking orders from customers, preparing and serving various coffee and espresso-based drinks, operating and maintaining coffee-making equipment, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Roles & Responsiblites:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Take orders from customers and prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages as per customer\'s request
Ensure the quality of the coffee by selecting and grinding the appropriate type of beans and using the correct brewing method
Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized, including maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, equipment, and utensils
Promote sales by providing customers with information about the available products and special offers
Handle cash and credit card transactions and provide accurate change to customers
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, complaints, and questions in a professional manner
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and timely service, cleanliness, and quality of the product
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
