Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station and equipment.
Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and report shortages.
Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency.
Educate customers on the coffee menu and make recommendations when needed.
Waiter Duties:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take food and drink orders, and deliver them accurately and promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly maintained throughout service.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints quickly and courteously.
Process payments via cash or POS systems.
Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.
