Prepare and serve a wide variety of signature mocktails, fresh juices, cold brews, iced coffees, and specialty drinks
Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and visual presentation for every beverage
Maintain bar mise en place, daily prep (syrups, garnishes, infusions), and cleanliness
Engage with guests confidently, explaining drinks, offering suggestions, and creating memorable interactions
Support waitstaff and supervisors to ensure smooth drink service during peak hours
Follow recipes and SOPs while also contributing new ideas to the bar menu
Monitor stock levels, bar inventory, and ensure proper storage and rotation
Comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Assist in bar-related events, tastings, or special activations

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
