Job Title: Barista & Bartender

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and energetic individual who can perform both Barista and Bartender duties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and mocktails, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in beverage preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages to company standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment Steam and froth milk for specialty drinks Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and equipment Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables Provide friendly and efficient client service at the counter

Bartender Duties:

Prepare and serve non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards Mix cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks with precision Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Manage bar stock, restock supplies, and track inventory Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista and/or Bartender preferred Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, mocktails, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and presentation skills Flexibility to work shifts in the future
