Barista Assistant
to join our cafe team and help deliver excellent service and drinks to our customers.
Position Overview:
As a Barista Assistant, you will support the main barista in preparing beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and serving customers efficiently. No prior experience is required--just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing drinks such as coffee
Take customer orders and handle payments
Prep ingredients and restock supplies as needed
Keep the cafe area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient customer service
Learn and follow recipes consistently
Qualifications:
Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic about customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn drink preparation techniques
Experience in food service or beverage preparation is a plus, but not required
Basic English skills; ability to speak an Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog) is a bonus
