We are seeking Barista to join our team and provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all of our lounge guests. All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.

Duties:

Knowledge of beverages such: coffee, spirits, wines, and beers.
High-quality barista skills, timing shots, knowledge of adjusting grinders, and latte art (preferred)
Knowledge and experience in using a range of milk alternatives
Experience on the floor with shifts when required
Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices
Work closely and support the lounge runners with service
Assist with serving guests food and beverage goods
Restock goods acccurately and consistently throughout your shift

Qualifications

MUST have a valid RSA
Experienced in a similarly fast-paced, busy environment
A motivated personality is necessary, along with enthusiasm for all things food and drink
Have a passion for hospitality - Food & Beverage
Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
Ability to assist on the floor if required
Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings and on weekends
Ability to obtain Federal Police clearance to work in the restricted areas associated with the airport.
