We are looking for a Barista with extensive knowledge of coffee who can consistently brew using various coffee brewing methods to bring out the inherent qualities of the coffee beans. Barista Job Responsibilities: Prepares and sells coffee drinks using preparation techniques, such as V-60, Chemex, Espresso, Caf\xc3\xa9 Latte, and Cappuccino\xe2\x80\xa6 Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions. Maintains inventories by replenishing the coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, and maintaining supplies. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations. Train and motivate the kitchen staff to work more efficiently together. Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required. Make and serve cold beverages.
