The Barista will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks and other beverages.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure accuracy of orders and provide quality customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of the caf\xc3\xa9 area, including counters, tables, and floors.
Stock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
Manage cash register and handle cash transactions.
Assist in other areas of the caf\xc3\xa9 as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a barista.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks and other beverages.
Ability to remain organized and multitask.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Food safety certification (preferred).
Salary - AED 6500 +Food Accommodation Transportation
