6 month projectResponsibilities (Typical)
Replenish and stock all bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes. Ensure ice wells are continuously filled during service hours. Collect, wash, polish, and restock clean glassware quickly and efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, bar tops, and equipment. Assist with changing beer kegs and handling beverage storage. Support bartenders during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow. Handle trash and recycling disposal for the bar area.
Requirements (Typical)
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long shifts. Strong organizational skills and efficiency in a high-volume environment. Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
