Job Description
Ensuring that the bar area is kept clean at all times.
Washing and cleaning glasses and bar equipment.
Assisting in mixing and serving an extensive range of beverages that fit the guests' taste preferences.
Responding to the concerns of the guests in a professional manner.
Informing the Bar Supervisor of any special requests or concerns of the guests.
Assisting in maintaining the bar well-stocked with ingredients and making sure that all the equipment are functional.
Monitoring the expiry dates of bar items and reporting to the Bar Supervisor whenever an item is about to expire.
Ensuring the accuracy of all floats by checking them and reporting irregularities.
Communicating our services and facilities to our guests as required.
Ensuring that the guests' needs and requirements are met.
Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
Observing all safety procedures and rules.
Reporting incidents or damages in the bar area to the Bar Supervisor.
Attending all training courses as notified by the management.
