As a Barback, you will assist the Bartender in day-to-day bar operations by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently organized. Your behind-the-scenes support will contribute to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the bar following standard procedures
• Restock liquor, mixers, beer, garnishes, ice, and other bar essentials
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of glassware and bar tools
• Keep the bar area clean and hygienic by wiping surfaces, removing used glassware, and emptying trash bins
• Ensure proper set-up of the bar before service and re-set for upcoming shifts
• Support Bartenders in serving guests quickly and efficiently during peak hours
• Maintain organization of coolers, shelves, and storage areas
• Adhere to hotel safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality support role is a plus
• Basic understanding of bar operations and service flow
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to lift, stock, and transport supplies
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
