Stocking and replenishing bar inventory (alcohol, mixers, garnishes, etc...) Cleaning and organizing bar area, including glassware, utensils, and surfaces Assisting bartenders with tasks such as preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and restocking supplies Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the back-of-house areas Helping to maintain a safe and sanitary environment by following health and safety regulations Providing excellent guest service by promptly fulfilling requests and assisting guests as needed Handling cash transactions, if required Assisting with opening and closing duties as directed by management Adhering to all company policies and procedures Occasionally assisting with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Qualifications

Previous Bar operation experience One year in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments * Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
