Job Description
Restocking:
Keeping all bar supplies, such as liquor bottles, beer, wine, mixers, ice, garnishes, and napkins, well-stocked and readily available for the bartender.Cleaning & Maintenance:
Washing glassware and cocktail equipment, polishing glasses and bottles, cleaning spills, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the bar area is kept tidy.Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels, alerting the manager or bartender to low inventory, and assisting with receiving new supplies.Assisting Bartenders:
Helping with drink preparation during busy periods, collecting empty glasses, and occasionally taking customer orders.Heavy Lifting:
Transporting kegs, cases of liquor, and other heavy supplies to and from the bar area.Customer Service:
Clearing tables and returning used glasses to the bar.Opening & Closing:
Performing essential tasks to prepare the bar for opening and cleaning and organizing it for closing.Equipment Support:
Ensuring tools and equipment, like blenders and taps, are clean, functional, and ready for use.Job Type: Full-time
