Title: Waiter/Waitress
Job Summary: We are seeking friendly and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have a positive and memorable dining experience. The Waiter/Waitress will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, and provide them with menus and specials
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner, and respond to any customer requests or needs
Provide suggestions and recommendations for menu items and wine pairings
Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Adhere to all company and legal alcohol service guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service to our guests

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong customer service skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of local and state alcohol service regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
