Responsibilities: Serve guests in a courteous and helpful manner Ensure that your assigned station is set up to company and hygiene standards Confidently explain and recommend selections to the guests Follow the instructions of the Barkeeper and make sure that all the guests are greeted and seated as they enter the Bar Attend meetings with superiors regarding the job Clear guests tables and bar counters correctly at all times Going out of their way to exceed their guests expectations Adheres to all hygiene standards and keeps the bar area looking impeccable Work effectively with the rest of the team to consistently deliver good service Qualifications: Experience in a similar position Ability to communicate in English Knowledgeable about the wine/bar lists and types of wine and drinks
