We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of bartenders and servers.

Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs to enhance guest experience Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations Manage bar inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments to support overall Food & Beverage operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members Implement and maintain quality control measures for all beverages served

Qualifications

College diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in bar management or supervisory role Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and current beverage trends Strong understanding of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with UAE liquor laws and regulations Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) is preferred Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus * Must be eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
