About Us: Capital Motion Restaurant Management is an Abu Dhabi based hospitality development and management company. Our portfolio includes 11 restaurants, all of them located in the most desired areas of Abu Dhabi. Each restaurant features a unique ambiance, cuisine, and superior service. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently
- Upholding high hygiene standards
- Reconciling banking
- Marketing and promoting products
- Hiring and training staff
- Creating weekly work schedules
- Maintain inventory and stock
- One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Stock and financial accuracy and resolution skills
- Motivational and a passion for developing others
- Computer and POS proficiency
- Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
