Bar Manager
Job Description
Job Title: Bar Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Package: 13,000 : 15,000 AED per month, plus service Im currently supporting a very exciting hospitality group, in Dubai, with their search for a Bar Manager. This role would be positioned within one of their flagship venues, an incredibly lively and vibrant all:day dining brasserie:esque concept : with an very popular sports bar attached too. The venue run daily happy hour promotions, weekly quiz nights, Sunday roast promotions etc., and were looking for someone for someone who has prior experience operating within high volume/high turnover venues. This role will be reporting directly into the Restaurant General Manager, and you will also be responsible for overseeing and managing a wider team of 9 bar staff (including 1 Assistant Bar Manager). Although this isnt necessary at this stage, ideally were looking for someone who has a strong commercial understanding: budgets, P and Ls, forecasts etc. Candidates must have prior experience successfully managing bar teams in the UAE, and must be based in country already.
