\xc2\xb7 Responsible for driving business to the outlet.

\xc2\xb7 To prepare accurate budget numbers, weekly forecasts and promotions.

\xc2\xb7 Material Management System Set up & Configeration.

\xc2\xb7 Weekly Menu Engineering .

\xc2\xb7 Reducing inventory ratios .

\xc2\xb7 Weekly Inventories.

\xc2\xb7 Recipe costing.

\xc2\xb7 Standardized recipe book.

\xc2\xb7 Find and negotiate with spirit vendors and beverage suppliers.

\xc2\xb7 Always stay on top of new trends and brands in the market.

\xc2\xb7 To be informed and aware of all relevant legislation regarding service of liquor, the sale of tobacco, opening hours, licenses etc.

\xc2\xb7 To maintain and/or implement efficient and effective work methods and systems.

\xc2\xb7 Assist the management to achieve financial targets and minimize wastage.

\xc2\xb7 To prepare weekly schedule, which will provide adequate cover in the most effective manner.

\xc2\xb7 To monitor team members working hours, public holidays, vacation days, sick leaves and submit payroll before salary cut-off date every month.

\xc2\xb7 To carry out ordering of supplies as and when necessary.

\xc2\xb7 To carry out and monitor all orders of food and beverage items for the bar.

\xc2\xb7 To implement and monitor accurate cash-up procedures at end of each shift.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for monitoring team member financial performance and push for better sales.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly review staff performance and give feedback and appraisal when required.

\xc2\xb7 To constantly strive to improve the standards of hygiene and service throughout the bar.

\xc2\xb7 Attentive to staff needs, communicates to all levels via appropriate channels.

\xc2\xb7 Highly visible within his or her area, approachable to both guest and employees during operation.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining the VIP guest profile history for the venue.

\xc2\xb7 To maintain a harmonious work relationship between yourself, your assistant staff and customers.

\xc2\xb7 Make sure all team members have a thorough understanding of their duties, performance standards and responsibilities.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that strict and proper inventory control is being carried out.

\xc2\xb7 Complete knowledge of financial targets and minimize wastage.

\xc2\xb7 Treat all guests and colleagues with outmost respect and friendliness.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure and maintain a clean and inviting bar area at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare end of shift report at the end of each shift.
