I\'m currently supporting an international hospitality group, with a brand new nightlife concept which is looking to launch towards the end of Q4 this year.
This concept has already been successfully launched across a number of European locations, and the group are now looking to replicate this success in the the heart of Downtown, Dubai...
We\'re needing an amazing Bar Manager to come in to set-up, open and head up this incredible venue, which is going to take Dubai by storm!You\'ll be responsible for managing 3 bars, and a wider team of 12, and you\'ll be expected to manage external relationships with MMI & African & Eastern etc.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in the luxury lifestyle / nightlife environment - high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants with new opening experience too.
Strong international experience is preferred, ideally to have worked in International food hubs around the world. Opening experience in Dubai is beneficial.
We are looking for someone with a great personality, with high energy & a sense of humour etc.
