We're on the lookout for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Bar Manager to run the day-to-day of our bar and keep the good vibes flowing. You'll be leading the team, keeping service smooth and making sure every customer has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Running the bar day to day, including opening and closing
Leading, training and motivating the bar team
Making sure service is fast, friendly and high quality
Managing stock, ordering supplies, and keeping an eye on costs
Creating staff schedule and supporting team performance
Making sure all health, safety and licensing rules are followed
Handling customer issues calmly and professionally
Qualifications:
Experience working in a bar, ideally in a supervisor or manager role
A people person with strong leadership skills
Organized, dependable and good under pressure
Flexible availability (evenings and weekends are part of the job)
A positive attitude and love for hospitality
