LPM is a renowned establishment known for its exquisite French Mediterranean cuisine offerings and vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for mixology to enhance the overall bar experience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a deep understanding of non-alcoholic beverage trends, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests.
What you will do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the bar area. Develop and curate an innovative and diverse beverage menu in collaboration with the Global management team. Monitor industry trends to ensure the bar offerings remain current and competitive. Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and motivated bar team. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment. Foster a guest-centric approach among the bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee the procurement and management of bar inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Implement effective cost-control measures to optimize beverage profitability.
What do you need:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in a high-end restaurant or bar setting. Extensive knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures. Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
