We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Bar/Lounge Supervisor to support our operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service throughout every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the bar/lounge to maintain consistent service excellence. Supervise, train, and motivate staff, promoting professionalism and teamwork. Support inventory management, including orders, stock control, and vendor coordination. Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations. Address customer feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining a guest-first attitude. Monitor service quality and help improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with security, kitchen, and events teams for seamless operations. Assist in implementing promotional activities, special events, and themed nights. Help prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Maintain a strong presence on the floor by engaging with guests and leading by example.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in bars, lounges, nightclubs, or high-end restaurants. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Highly professional, communicative, and guest-oriented personality. Elegant and well-groomed appearance. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment. Flexible to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
