Bar Bending Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review and validate
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
against structural drawings. Check reinforcement details (laps, bends, hooks, spacing, cover
) and ensure compliance with UAE codes (DM, Trakhees, ADM, etc.) and ACI/BS standards. Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing details in drawings and provideclear comments/markups
. Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM modelers, and site teams to resolve detailing issues. Support site execution teams by clarifying rebar placement and constructability concerns.Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 3-8 years' experience in
BBS preparation and drawing review
(UAE/GCC preferred). Proficient inAutoCAD, Revit (Structural), Excel
. Strong knowledge ofreinforcement detailing, BBS preparation, and UAE standards
. Ability to produce precise, practicalreview comments
for rebar works.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
