Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join team at a 4-star hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests. competitive salary package and benefits, including accommodation, meals, and transportation provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests according to standard recipes and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure guests are of legal drinking age
- Process guest payments and ensure accurate cash handling
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of glassware and cleaning of the bar area
- Keep track of inventory and notify management of any supply needs
- Assist with bar set-up and closing duties.
- Previous experience working as a bar attendant or bartender in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
