Position Overview
Accor is seeking an experienced Bar and Beverage Coordinator to oversee beverage operations and guest service in a luxury resort hospitality environment. This role combines inventory management, beverage quality control, and guest engagement to deliver premium bar service experiences. You will manage stock requisitions, ensure compliance with brand standards, train team members, and provide expert recommendations on wines, cocktails, and beverages to elevate guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily beverage requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts to control costs and minimize waste.
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform cashiering functions according to outlet policies and maintain financial accuracy.
• Maintain detailed daily logs, operational reports, and update departmental records.
• Report maintenance issues through HOTSOS and ensure timely resolution.
• Train and coach team members to deliver high-end bar and beverage service.
• Maintain a professional appearance, hygiene, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Provide personalized beverage recommendations to guests, including wines and cocktail pairings.
• Promote an inclusive and culturally sensitive workplace.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in bar operations, beverage service, or F&B coordination within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused hospitality environment.
