About the role

Banquet Supervisor oversees the execution of events and banquets, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly, from set-up to service, while providing leadership and guidance to the banquet team.

What you will do

Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Oversees all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.

Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

What you will bring

Previous 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing high volume Banqueting operations at the highest quality.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and long hours

A flair for creativity and entrepreneurship.
