Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to banquet specifications and guest preferences
• Set up banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and required tableware as per event setup plans
• Clear and reset tables during and after events, maintaining cleanliness and order
• Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to ensure timely food delivery and replenishment
• Address guest inquiries or complaints politely, resolving them promptly
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene standards, complying with health and safety regulations
• Assist with moving furniture, setting up event equipment, and handling logistics as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or banquet setting
• Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel systems preferred
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure during high-volume events
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle event setup tasks
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Hospitality background with a passion for events and guest satisfaction
