Banquet Captain
As a Banquet Captain, you will look after all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the event from beginning to end, including planning before the event, coordinating with event staff during the event, and arranging for cleanup after the event.
• Managing all aspects of the event including guest services, entertainment, decor, food, beverage.
• Monitoring the event to ensure that it runs smoothly and according to schedule.
• Ensuring that all event staff are trained in their responsibilities and familiar with the venue layout and protocol.
• Coordinating with other heartists to ensure that all equipment is in working order and available on time.

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong command of English language.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
