Job Description

The Banking Sales / Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients by providing tailored banking and investment solutions. This role combines relationship management, advisory services, and solution-oriented selling to drive revenue growth and business development.


Key Responsibilities:




Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients. Identify clients' financial needs and offer tailored solutions, including loans, deposits, investment products, and digital banking services. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling of banking products. Acquire new clients via networking, referrals, and business development initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring high satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk, escalating issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools. Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline status.

Requirements:




Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Qatar, preferably as a Banker or Relationship Manager. Proven client portfolio with strong relationship management and business development skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented with a strong earning mindset. Solid sales background with expertise in investment and wealth management products. Fluency in

English and Arabic

is mandatory. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional advisory skills.
