Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day banking operations including transaction processing, reconciliation, and customer account support.

Handle payment operations across NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and especially UPI and QR code-based transactions.

Support onboarding and servicing of banking accounts, ensuring KYC/AML compliance.

Monitor and resolve transaction failures, reversals, and technical issues related to digital payments.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of digital transactions.

Conduct periodic checks to ensure system and operational integrity.

Assist in implementing new features and enhancements in the payments ecosystem, particularly in UPI and QR functionality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in banking operations, payments, or financial services.

Strong understanding of digital banking products, especially UPI, QR code-based payments, and retail banking processes.

Familiarity with core banking systems, reconciliation tools, and payment gateways.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
