Job Description

A leading international law firm seeks a mid-level banking & finance associate to join its award-winning finance practice in Dubai. The team advises on market-defining transactions across the MENA region, with expertise spanning fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, Islamic finance and restructuring.
The Role Working on a wide range of high-profile mandates, you will handle complex cross-border financing transactions under English and UAE law for leading corporates, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and major financial institutions. You will work closely with partners and colleagues across the Middle East and globally, managing deals from inception to closing.
Candidate Profile

• 4-6 PQE with strong banking & finance experience (fund finance or corporate finance focus desirable).
• Trained and qualified with a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or other top-tier international firm.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, coupled with commercial judgment and transaction management ability.
• Fluent in English (Arabic advantageous but not essential).
• Strong academics and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
