What You'll Do

• Advising clients on a variety of finance, banking, and regulatory matters.
• Supporting partners on complex regional transactions and cross-border projects.
• Engaging with clients on day-to-day operations, structuring, and compliance issues.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives across diverse sectors and financial products.

About You

• 2-5 years' post-qualification experience from a top international, Magic Circle, or elite US firm.
• Strong expertise across finance, banking, and regulatory matters.
• Excellent English communication skills, confident in direct client interaction.
• Ideally trained and qualified in London or Australia, with prior exposure to high-profile, sophisticated deals.
• Arabic-speaking preferable but not essential.
