Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
Agent Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a typical call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • Strong knowledge or idea in a call center terminology
  • Good in Basic Mathematical calculation
  • Familiar in basic banking terms
  • Previous Experience in banking customer service role is highly required
