Bank Support Staff

Job Description

We are looking to hire qualified Bank Support Staff who can join our dynamic team.

  • Respond to enquiries about an issue, project or service over the phone, in person and via email.
  • Provide information, assistance and support to customers.
  • Log information about enquiries, issues and complaints.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports.
  • Coordinate and undertake mail, banking, correspondence and receipting processes.
  • Prepare agendas and take/distribute minutes for weekly staff meetings.
  • Provide direct administrative support for other service areas including Client Services, Communications if required.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Previous banking experience is a must.
  • Must be a Native Arabic Speaker.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must have a transferable visa, or under family sponsorship.
  • Locally available in Qatar, and can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month Education:
