Job Purpose
? Responsible to ensure UATon projects are managed efficiently and in a timely fashion in collaboration with
multiple teams across the Bank including Finance ,Technology,Operations, Business streams & PMO.
? Responsible to ensure accuracy and Timely provision of Data / Information required in completion of Monthly,
quarterly and yearly reporting for Financial & Management Reporting team for UAE & Overseas Locations.
? Address all the queries from finance community related to FINANCE INFORMATION SYSTEMS for UAE &
Overseas.
? Design and develop Automated reports, dashboards for various Finance Teams in collaboration with the stake
holders.

? Follow a standardized and transparent process of providing updates to senior management on the progress of
deliverables, projects / initiatives, service tickets , Defects and issue resolution to respective Stake holders and
Management team.
? Meticulous tracking of Projects, URFs and other deliverables until closure in an organized fashion and provide
periodic status updates proactively.
5 Key Result Areas
? Work as a Techno Functional team member representing Finance teams during implementation of Projects, URFs
/ CRs and enhancements of Finance information systems, applications in the area of Regulatory, Financial &
Management reporting, by interfacing between various Finance Technology,Operations, Business streams &
PMO
? Work with Finance Information & Projects team and other various departments during the projects & URFs across
the bank to include, capture / correct data elements in systems in order to aide automation of
Regulatory,Financial & Management reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
? Work with Finance Information team & Projects team and Technology teams to carry out UAT in Finance
information systems, for Regulatory Financial & Management reporting systems & surviving applications to
ensure accuracy of information and reporting.
? Design & Develop Procedures, queries & templates in a standard and re-usable fashion for executing and
completing the UAT in a timely fashion.
? Work with Finance Information & projects team & Technology teams to carry out the necessary changes in
Finance information systems for Regulatory Financial & Management reporting streams & surviving applications

? Highlight to management any potential issues in projects,BAU and regular deliverables, MIS generation due to any
flaws, work around / manual approach being taken in the source systems and processes for future resolutions.
? Handle queries and attend to any periodic and ADHOC Reporting requirements from primarily
Regulatory,Financial & Management reporting team & other Finance teams of UAE & Overseas.
? Initiate, Track and ensure timely resolution of service tickets related to Core banking, T24,ERP,PRIME,FMC,OFSAA,
CPR and other surviving applications that impact Regulatory,Financial , Management and MIS Reporting for UAE
& Overseas.
? Provide support on ADHOC,BAU requirements month end execution and reporting for Regulatory,Financial &
Management reporting team.
6 Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships
? Interaction with Financial Reporting, Management reporting , Regulatory reporting, Core banking, Technology,
Operations and, Business Finance teams,PMO,Overseas Finance teams ,Auditors & External Vendors.
? Work on projects, URFs,Service tickets primarily for Regulatory,Financial & Management reporting team and
support overall monthly deliverable for Finance Information & projects team.

? Handle queries from Financial reporting , Management reporting and Overseas inance teams
? Handle Queries from Technology and advise technology on solution design for Regulatory,Financial &
Management reporting & Overseas Finance teams
? Any other adhoc queries from the stake holders and management

? Take decisions with day today's issue arising during UAT of Projects,URFs, Service Tickets and issue resolution in
