Ballon Artist Supervisor / Decorator (part Time Opportunity)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Full inventory control and stock management of all decor materials
- Ordering and purchasing decorations and supplies
- Communication with suppliers (via WhatsApp, email, and phone)
- Fulfilling decoration requests from event managers
- Overseeing and maintaining the quality of decor setup on site
- Managing spreadsheets and internal tracking documents
- Coordinating the team during decor installations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in decor and event production is a must
- Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts
- English level: Intermediate or higher
- A colorful portfolio of past decor projects will be a strong advantage
