We are seeking a graceful, passionate, and experienced

Ballet Teacher

to join our performing arts and fitness team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in classical ballet, a love for teaching, and the ability to inspire students of all ages to develop their skills, confidence, and artistic expression.

As a Ballet Teacher, you will lead structured, engaging, and age-appropriate ballet classes while promoting discipline, technique, and creativity in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach ballet classes to students of various ages and levels, from beginner to advanced. Develop and deliver lesson plans that cover proper ballet techniques, posture, stretching, and choreography. Prepare students for performances, showcases, or exams if applicable. Encourage students' personal growth, discipline, and appreciation for the art of ballet. Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback. Maintain a positive, respectful, and safe classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff to plan recitals, events, and studio programs.

Qualifications:

Professional training and experience in classical ballet (e.g., RAD, Vaganova, Cecchetti, or similar). Previous teaching experience with children and/or adults. Excellent communication, patience, and leadership skills. Passionate about dance education and student development. Physically fit with strong technique and performance ability.

Preferred:

Degree or diploma in Dance or Performing Arts. Certification from a recognized ballet examination board. Experience in choreography or performance coaching.
