Qualifications

Citizens: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. (Equation from the Ministry of Higher Education in the United Arab Emirates Non-nationals: Diploma in accounting or finance, preferably a bachelor\'s degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent

Experionce

• Reviewing reports on project budgets, monitoring and controlling expenditures and payments for projects to ensure that the objectives set for projects are achieved in accordance with the priorities, objectives, budget and costs. Consolidating effective communication with the concerned project managers to ensure acceptance of the budget, reviewing the requirements and proposals of the concerned departments, and evaluating the impact of change requests and instructions on the budget of major projects.
• Designing reporting forms and files in order to standardize and integrate budgets and reports on the activities of the sectors.
• Providing technical assistance in cost analysis, distribution of financial resources, budget preparation, summarizing budgets, and making recommendations for approval or rejection of requests and proposals for budgets of major projects.
• Follow-up reports on the implementation of the comprehensive budget, monitoring and controlling expenditures and payments for major projects (in coordination with the departments of the Transport Center) to ensure the achievement of the strategic objectives set for the Center in accordance with the priorities and objectives set by the Strategic Planning Department.
• Reviewing the annual budget estimates to verify their completeness, accuracy, and conformity with the procedures and systems of the center according to what is planned, and conducting an analysis of financial deviations when necessary.
• Reviewing the actual data to ensure its accuracy and completeness, and ensuring its compliance with the center\'s budget procedures, policies and objectives
• Work in accordance with the policies of sustainability, the environment, health and safety, procedures, rules, legislation and objectives of the transport center, within the scope of its responsibilities, and ensure the performance of its work responsibilities in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
• Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Head of Financial Planning and Budgeting.
