Job Description

We are seeking a skilled helper with experience in packing, baking, pastries, chocolate making, and bread to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in high-quality bakery and production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of pastries, chocolates, and breads, ensuring top-quality products that meet our high standards by following instructions from Head bakers.

Packing of products and fast

Follow recipes

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Assist in the development and testing of new products, ensuring consistency in texture, taste, and appearance.

Having or working in a facility that makes gluten-free, keto, and functional foods is an advantage

Qualifications & Skills:

Speak and understand English

Proven experience as a baker assistant, with expertise in pastries, chocolates, and bread making.

Experience in baking and baking keto, gluten-free, and other functional foods is an advantage.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (baking school certification or relevant training is a plus).

Minimum of [3] years of experience in a professional bakery or similar environment.

Salary is 1900 Aed/month and we provide accommodation. Accommodation is 5min walking distance from work.
