We are looking for a skilled and motivated Bakery Senior CDP to manage a key section in the bakery and ensure high standards in daily production. This role is perfect for someone with strong baking knowledge and leadership qualities who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Take ownership of a bakery station and lead its daily operations.
xc2xb7 Prepare and bake a variety of breads, viennoiseries, and specialty items.
xc2xb7 Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
xc2xb7 Train and guide junior bakers and commis.
xc2xb7 Monitor mise en place, baking times, and proofing processes.
xc2xb7 Follow food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP compliance).
xc2xb7 Support the Bakery Sous Chef in stock control and workflow planning.
xc2xb7 Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
Requirements
xc2xb7 Minimum 34 years of bakery experience, including time as a CDP.
xc2xb7 Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Bakery Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
xc2xb7 HACCP Certified must understand food safety and sanitation practices.
xc2xb7 Skilled in baking techniques including lamination, fermentation, and shaping.
xc2xb7 Excellent time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.
xc2xb7 Ability to thrive in a high-volume, quality-focused production environment.
