We are Winn Healthy Food Restaurant. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Bakery & Pastry Helper to join our team and support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing bakery and pastry items according to recipes and instructions. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare baking trays, molds, and other tools. Decorate pastries, cakes, and breads as instructed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations. Pack and label finished products. Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation. Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or food preparation is an advantage. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Basic knowledge of baking tools and ingredients. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Physically able to stand for long periods and handle baking equipment.
