Commie Chef

to join our bakery/Pastry team. As a Commie Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of bakery/Pastry items, ensuring consistency in product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about baking and want to develop their skills in a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, bread, cakes, and other bakery/Pastry products. Follow recipes and procedures to ensure quality and consistency of products. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished goods. Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Support senior bakers and chefs in the daily operation of the bakery. Assist with inventory management and ingredient ordering. Monitor the temperature of ovens and other baking equipment. Participate in the development of new bakery products and recipes. Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or culinary environment preferred Passion for baking and a strong willingness to learn. Ability to work early morning, late shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
