We are setting up a new bakery kitchen focused on high-quality cakes and baked goods. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated individual to take full charge of our daily kitchen operations -- including both hands-on baking and management responsibilities.
This role combines leadership and craftsmanship -- ideal for someone passionate about baking and ready to grow with a promising brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth production
Bake cakes, pastries, and other baked items according to recipes and standards
Manage ingredient inventory, procurement, and cost control
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed
Organize and schedule daily production based on orders
Collaborate on product development and seasonal menu ideas
Lead and train kitchen staff as the business expands
Communicate with management about workflow and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in baking, especially cakes and pastries
Previous kitchen or bakery management experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
High standards for cleanliness and product quality
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
Must be based in the UAE and available to start soon
