We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery and Fresh Pasta Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Italian cuisine and a deep understanding of traditional baking and pasta-making techniques. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of pasta shapes using both machines and handcrafting methods, as well as baking an assortment of breads to complement our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide range of fresh pasta shapes, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

Operate pasta-making machinery and handcraft pasta as required by our menu.

Bake an array of breads including burger buns, focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough, and brioche to meet daily restaurant needs.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient preparation of menu items.

Experiment and introduce new pasta and bread recipes in alignment with seasonal menus and customer preferences.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of essential ingredients.

Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
