Operating the oven (tandoor / stone / electric) and adjusting its temperature.
Baking various types of bread (Arabic, Lebanese, tandoor, saj, etc.).
Monitoring bread quality and ensuring it is served fresh and hot.
Cleaning the oven and work area daily.
Maintaining baking tools and handling them safely.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
