The Baker is responsible for preparing ingredients, baking products, and ensuring recipes and processes are consistently followed to deliver high-quality baked goods.
Essential Responsibilities:
Bake high-quality bread, pastries, and desserts.
Follow standardized recipes and processes to maintain consistency.
Ensure the highest standards of product quality and freshness.
Other Responsibilities:
Monitor and adjust baking temperatures and settings as needed.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely production and delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience.
In-depth knowledge of baking equipment, tools, and techniques.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Other Considerations:
Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
