Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, sourdough breads, and other baked products.
Follow and improve existing recipes while maintaining high quality standards.
Develop creative solutions when needed to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace.
Ensure consistency and excellence in all baked goods.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience (mandatory).
Strong knowledge in pastry, sourdough baking, and bakery production techniques.
Ability to create, adjust, and troubleshoot recipes as needed.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Passion for baking and attention to detail.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
