Job Description
ey Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other bakery products. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area at all times. Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients and finished products. Support senior bakers in managing daily production tasks. Follow food safety guidelines and company policies. Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in inventory checks and stock management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar role (mandatory). Basic understanding of baking techniques and ingredients. Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
