Bahrain Indoor Sales Executive

Job Description

Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in BAHRAIN.



Key Responsibilities:



-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Promote and sell the products to meet or exceed sales targets

-Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and the product line.

-Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store

-Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

-Handle customers inquiries and resolve issues effectively

-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

-Participate in stock management, inventory control, and store replenishment

-Support in-store marketing campaigns and product launches

-Provide Feedback to management on customer preferences and trends

-Passion for luxury fragrances and attention to detail

Requirements:



-At least High school graduate

-Proven experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales (preferred)

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong sales orientation and customer service focus

-Basic computer and POS system proficiency

-Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

-Willing to relocate in Bahrain

Preferred Qualifications:



-Previous experience with luxury fragrances or cosmetics brand

-Multilingual abilities(especially Arabic and English)
